Mid Hudson Pain Management is dedicated to the relief of chronic pain utilizing a modern integrated approach. We specialize in minimally invasive, precision guided injection techniques.

The vast majority of our patients are treated without the use of high dose narcotic medications. Our emphasis is on a balanced multidisciplinary approach to chronic pain including injection therapies, medications and referral to and from other medical specialists and therapists.
